Looks like Wikipedia. Well actually it is an open wiki project, created by Wikipedia founder.
The concept of Citizendium.org is to capture people’s several understandings and knowledge of reality thanks to the contribution of expert editors, various authors with no academic degrees, most of them. It is though a public project leaded by experts. To get involved you need to register as an author and start publishing articles than need obviously to be approved. You can also contribute your thoughts to the discussion forums. Thousands of articles have already been added expecting in the future to be an error-free, well written online encyclopedia exactly as print encyclopedias are supposed to be. It is a wonderful form of information dissemination. Public understanding of several topics and issues are clearly explained, moreover objectively, since it is not Citizendium’s goal to tell readers like you and me what opinion we should hold, but the tools to rationally decide for ourselves. Whether you want to get involved, become an author or an expert editor, consider seriously this Wikipedia Encyclopedia.
