Why ChatStat.com It Might Be A Killer
As of now, they are offering a free beta model with limited options for free with two users. From there, they don’t go into too much detail about pricing plans, but explain that you pay for features as you need them, so you won’t be getting any of the colors you hate in the M&M bag of features. What is going to make this site killer are these smaller factors of difference within their features, for instance: their “right click” transfer which eliminates a few steps you would normally take to transfer a chatter to a different operator. Definitely their instant loading client side chat window will do wonders for them, as it makes live customer support that much more available to the customer, and makes their online experience more similar to the one they might have in real life.
Some Questions About ChatStat.com

How long into their beta testing will they decide how to price their features, and how will website owners react to this, given that previously they could get the same features for free from similar software?
