A beautifully designed site, Cca.edu is home for the California College of the Arts, and in it you’ll be able to take a look at the academic catalogue for this institution and learn all you need to know when considering it to get your degree in a variety of disciplines, including architecture, fashion design, writing, film/video/performance, visual arts, and many more.
The site includes a gallery where you will be able to discover the works of students in different areas, and also links to their iTunes page, where lectures and podcasts can be downloaded. Also very interesting is the Alumni section, where visitors can read about projects that take place in the College; a virtual tour of both San Francisco and Oakland campuses is also available online. One of my favorite features about the site is the Alumni profiles, where users can discover what some of the College graduates are doing, visit their sites, learn about their influences, etc. Cca.edu is a great site, and it will hopefully become a model for other higher education institutions in regard to features and kind of information they should feature.
