It was launched in October 2004 by Jonathan Butler, and it is currently visited by 100,000 unique visitors per month. You can browse the site by its many categories located at the top of the homepage. These categories are: Home, Forum, Renovations, and Flea. In order to post something you should first create yourself an account by providing Username, Email, and Password. At the right hand side of the homepage you will find a list with the recently post and the active post. And also some drops down in order to find a broker near your area. Through this website you can also access to Brooklyn Blogs, Brooklyn Media, New York Blogs, New York Media, and the Monthly Archives. At the top you will also find a drop down that includes all the topics.
