Ascp.org is the online home of American Society for Clinical Pathology. This website offers so many great things to visitors. There is an annual meeting that ascp.org holds and on the main page they give you a list of some of the speakers that will be at the meeting. When you click on a picture of a speaker you are taken to a page where you can read all about the speaker and the annual meeting.
If you click on the “New and Events” link on the top of the main webpage you move to a webpage where you can read about the speakers and the ASCP Platinum Pass. When clicking on the ASCP Platinum Pass link on ascp.org you move to a place where you will find a lot of information on the pass. You can see how much the pass costs, which is $299 for 4 days. With the pass you get the following, the best seats available, first place at the table, ASCP Luxury Lounge and ASCP photo shoot. Those who opt to buy the Platinum Pass will also get a $100 gift card.
On the “Education” tab site visitors can read about a wide variety of topics that they can take courses in. Some of these topics are AP -Cytopathology, AP -Surgical Pathology, Education Best Practices, Lab Business Management and Practice and Quality Management. A few of the other topics listed are New Techniques and Technologies, Patient Clinical Team, Global Pathology and Molecular Pathology.
