It has the goal of consolidate the many autonomous boards across the valley into a single system able to provide its members with comprehensive multiple listing and other vital agent services at a reduced cost. ARMLS has many functions, including contracting with MarketLinx to provide the Internet-based multiple listing system, the photography service that provides photos for MLS with web-based companies to license the use and distribution of MLS information on the internet, and many more things.
