Any Message is a browser-hosted application which aims to simplify the taking of phone messages. In essence, this app lets you dispense with having to jot everything down on a piece of paper to be handed to the person the message was intended for.
When using Any Message, everything is handled using a form that is forwarded to the recipient the minute the message has been taken. And the person can be notified about new messages even if he is not in the office – a SMS can be put his way, letting him know that a message which is addressed to him has arrived.
Both a free and a paid version of this application are available. The main difference? Only those who go for the paid version of Any Message will be able to receive notifications via SMSes. Additionally, the free version of Any Message is somehow limited in terms of recipients and staff members – only 10 are allowed.
