They can listen to their voice mail, create a new email account, or a variety of other customer options. The management area of Acanac.net lets customers report bugs, login to their webmail, and even store up to 100GB of files. Storage space is free with the Acanac DSL service and allows customers to store their important information off site. This storage space can be used as a backup for files stored locally or just as extra storage in and of itself.

A VoIP Phone is also available, and it allows customers of Acanac.net to check call records and voicemail as well as to setup call forwarding and other phone options. Before accessing this functionality, customers will need to review their welcome letter in order to determine which time zone server they are on as they will need to select it when they first log in.

Acanac.net also offers forums and social networking to clients of their services. The Acanac Forums provide answers to a lot of common questions regarding their ISP and other services. Rather than calling the Acanac customer service toll free number, customers can search for answers to commonly asked questions and (more than often) get an answer immediately. The social networking component of Acanac.net allows users to start their own blogs and upload videos, and it is included for free with all of their packages.
