YouBundle.com allows users to arrange links on a relevant subject into bundles of information.
These bundles that users put together are displayed in a multimedia format and other users can rate them for relevancy and ranking. Bundles can be exported as a widget or (coming soon) as an XML firehose dump of the bundle data in order to allow outside devs to mashup and analyze.
Every person is an expert on something and most likely has lots of links on that subject. If each person arranged those links into a bundle, these bundles could be more relevant to the topic than Google search result, as it was hand selected by someone who is in some way an expert on the subject instead of a machine.
YouBundle.com wants to rewrite the rules of search, and create a socially powered meta-database of search results so people don’t have to continue to filter pages of irrelevant ones. The power of YouBundle rests in the user who has to put their knowledge to use in order to create useful bundles on a particular topic.
