To make calls you´ll need to dial 4Ever´s access number, followed by the predesignated extension of the person you want to call. You can make calls of unlimited length and your privacy is guaranteed. Currently the list of countries you can call is limited, but it is being expanded. The site uses regulatory fee arbitage, essentially a loophole in communications regulations,which allows the site to forward international calls from a US access number for no charge. The service is also being offered in the UK and Ireland.
