Remember the infamous JenniCam? Call it camera whoring, or attention seeking thrillists, but thanks to pioneers like Jenni and Steve Mann, lifecasting has made it to the mainstream. And new Estonia/London based startup Yaika wants you to be able to lifecast yourself too.
Yaika’s platform is aimed at the professional and amateur European bloggers. All you need is an internet connection, web cam and mike and you’re good to go. You can set up your very own full-on web channel with audio, video and whatever else you can dream up. You can set up Twitter or Jaiku streams. There’s also video messaging. Don’t worry about limits either, you can create as many web cam vids as you want.
