PeopleTrusted is a website where consumers can voice their opinions about products and companies. The site aims to bring credibility and social reputation to products, services, and companies by allowing users to say whether they “trust” a company or not.
To give feedback, you have to register to use the site – but you don’t have to actually use the product first. You just give it a rating to say if you trust it, presumably based upon the company’s profile, what you’ve heard from others, and your previous usage of their goods. What is more, companies can’t yet register themselves with PeopleTrusted; as of now the site only offers a few companies to give feeback for. Some of the products that are featured at the site are pimsleur language programs, poochpads, male diapers wraps, buybyeDVD, pearl bracelet and many more.
