Yes, all your Facebook friends at once, no matter in which disparate countries they might happen to be located.
Your friends who live in the US, the ones you have in Europe, those you have in South America… they will all be brought together and highlighted. So, you will be able to show any incredulous person that you mean it when you say that your connections go well beyond borders.
