Wannago, formerly Match Activity, has re-named and re-launched into a slightly new service. Now they have redirected their objectives into a site for more social networking and event and activities postings.
What’s different about Wannago is that it’s a dating service that offers you a new way to meet people besides looking at their profiles. Real-time chatting is a main focus on the site, as is posting and attending social events where you can also meet potential date candidates. It’s sort of a real-time dating service, or more correctly, a social networking service for people on-the-go. Wannago recognizes that people connect through activities they both like doing, so you can search events first instead of people.
Wannago.com In Their Own Words
“Wannago.com is an activity – based site that connects people through 1-on-1 activities. It’s for people who like to socialize, date, or simply meet new people for activities such as: bowling, concerts, movies, and sushi. Wannago uses shared interests to make finding a quality match much more fun, efficient, and honest.
Wannago recognizes a simple fact: people who like the same music, restaurants, sports, etc., already share qualities that will help them connect, and have a more relaxed basis for communication. While other sites make you browse endless profiles, many of which are misleading or outdated, Wannago lets you immediately plan an activity; set the time and place; and find someone who shares your interests.”
Why Wannago.com It Might Be A Killer
Wannago seems like a repeat service of MeetMoi, though I still like the concept. This is a online dating service for people who don’t like to be hehind their computer, for those who’s much rather get to know someone through a common interest activity. Great site, and it looks like their UGC is off to a good start so far.
Some Questions About Wannago.com
What’s with the name change? How will they act to make this site more different (and, with any luck, much better) than their former Match Activity?
