VuNet Systems, a Bengaluru-based deeptech startup, has raised Rs 60 crore in a Series B funding round. The investment was led by Pravega Ventures, with participation from Kotak Securities and existing investors Mela Ventures, Athera Venture Partners, Dallas Venture Capital, and TVS Capital Funds. Founded in 2014 by Ashwin Kumar Ramachandran, Bharat Joshi, and Jithesh Kaveetil, VuNet Systems provides deep observability into IT and digital ecosystems by connecting business outcomes.
The company’s approach promotes transparency and accountability by unifying collaboration across business, product, and IT teams. VuNet Systems serves several financial institutions, offering real-time visibility into critical business processes such as payments, lending, and capital markets. The startup plans to use the fresh funds to expand globally, strengthen product innovation, and integrate advanced AI across its platform workflows.

Kotak Securities’ investment in VuNet Systems is part of its Startup Investments and Engagement Initiative, which aims to support startups that are transforming the digital landscape.
The initiative also provides mentoring and incubation support to technology and fintech startups catering to India’s capital markets.
