In a nutshell, VoxPix is a recently-launched web-based service that will let you create a slideshow with your very own voiceover on top.
As far as creating the slideshow itself, you can choose the pictures from most image hosting services such as Flickr and Photobucket, and concatenate them together.
The creation process itself involves clicking and dragging the pictures and choosing the order in which they will be displayed. You then add the voiceover to go with it, and sit back and enjoy.
It must be noted that when creating the slideshow there is a “Preview” option that can be used whenever you wish to see how you’re headed.
Note that when you first visit the page you are given a choice between creating a new project or continuing an existing one. When you choose the former you will receive a code that will be necessary for making any ulterior adjustment, so make sure to jot it down.
You can try this web-hosted application for yourself by setting your browser to voxpix.myvox.com, and start pasting images and audio together.
