VirtualScinceFair.org – Canadian Science

VirtualScinceFair.orgVirtualScinceFair.org is the website for the 8th annual Canada wide Virtual Science Fair.

The Virtual Science Fair is an annual online science, technology and website building contest in which teams study a science, technology or environmental topic and then create a website to display their findings. This science fair is open to any Canadian student in grades K through12 that wish to submit experimental and descriptive projects. Projects can be on any topic of choice relating to the previously mentioned categories, with two special awards categories which this year are “Transportation” and “Ethanol”. Awards for project winners range from $50 to $1000 and will be given out accordingly to those that present the best projects. On the site, students wishing to participate can find all the necessary information to enter the virtual science fair, find the rules that apply to the projects, get information on awards, judges and sponsors, see the frequently asked questions, visit the VSF blog, and even participate in the forum. Information on past winners and projects can also be found. VirtualScinceFair.org
