The site has pre-set characters and other punctuation found in eleven different languages (ranging from Czech to Portuguese to Turkish) that users can type and insert into a text box to copy and paste to emails, chats, and written documents. The creator, Thomasz P. Szynalski, a native Polish speaker, created TypeIt after he grew frustrated at the inefficiency of inserting accents into word documents (if the computer even possessed that technology at all).
