Twitzu is a new Twitter application that makes creating events and sharing them with your Twitter world a breeze. All you have to do to create an event is enter your Twitter account information, give your event a title, say where the location is, give a general description of the meetup, pick a date and time, and enter a Twitter message of up to 50 characters.
Your event will then be tweeted to all of your Twitter followers, letting them know what’s going on and where. To RSVP, they just go to the Twitzu and enter their Twitter account information. A list of the people who have RSVPed then appears on your event page. Events are listed on the homepage of the site, and you can also search for one in particular if you don’t feel like browsing through what is now a bunch of test events instead of real ones. Now you can actually organize and meet up with your Twitter followers to form more of a relationship than multiple 140 character phrases can create.
