The Facebook movie is not that far away from becoming a tangible reality, starring the fellow from Zombieland as Mark Zuckberg. Now, did you think Twitter was going to stand aloof to the cinematographic phenomenon? No way.
The Twitter movie is underway, and the best part might be that you can “star” in it. You, me, just everybody can be in it. Because it is a project that is crowdsourced by Twitter users the world over.
This project goes by the name of “Twittamentary”, and it is being overseen by a Singaporean filmmaker named Tan Siok Siok. On this website you are given the chance to make your own contribution by answering the question of what is the most interesting thing that has happened to you because of Twitter. When submitting your answer you can add a video to drive the point home more clearly. If you bear in mind that what you are submitting is meant to become part of a documentary, it is obvious that the more media you furnish then the better.
I thought this website was worth being shared with you if only because it breaks from the mold of Twitter-related sites I share with you daily. While the comparison with the Facebook picture at the beginning was clearly a joke, both that movie and this documentary should be greeted with the respect that any artistic work deserves.
