The site goes by Twitstant, and yes, you must not be wildly imaginative in order to figure out how such a site works. A search box is provided for you to input any term you fancy, and the relevant concepts will begin materializing as you are typing away.
It must also be mentioned that the site features these terms that people have been looking up more actively as of late. Other than that, there is not a lot more to say in terms of features.
