I think that is a clear-enough definition, but in case you need some elucidation it suffices to say that the site will let you share what you are watching with your friends so that everybody can discover something new to tune into.
When doing so, users of the site can also engage each other in conversation using either Facebook or Twitter, and discuss the way in which any show is evolving, or (if the conversation revolves around a meme) wonder collectively how on Earth such a video has become so popular.
Additionally, it must be mentioned that the more you interact through the site then the more reputation points you earn. These will give people who are new to Tunerfish a very good understanding of who is who within seconds, and it will let them realize who are truly passionate about the shows they adore themselves.
