It’s also got tips, advice, articles and reviews. Recipes are classified by type on the left hand size—you’ll find everything from Holiday treats, to vegetarian and wild game. Tabs at the top of the page lead to food related articles (e.g. 4 Problems You Can Cure with Food, Why It’s Not Hard to Be a Vegan, Capuccino), tips, and popular recipe collections (Holiday, Meals for One, Side Dish, for example). All recipes come with photos and there are even a handful of videos. Search for recipes by category or by using the search bar at the top left of the page. If you’ve got a recipe you’d like to share, fill out the submit form.

TipTheCook has a little bit of everything—recipes, food articles, kitchen knife reviews, and helpful tips. If you’re a new cook, or even if you’re a seasoned pro, there’s bound to be something on the site to suit your tastes.

There are far too many links on the page—to get to a single recipe, you have to browse through at least three different links. And some of these lead to unexpected categories which really don’t help you in your search. The interface feels cluttered—there are no clearly defined sections. It needs work.
