TheSmartPro is a non-profit site aimed at compiling extensive employee-experience information about companies and placing it in an easy to use search engine. Employees past and present can either add their company if it isn’t already in the database, or add their input to a previously existing entry.
Basic information like the location and website of the business are included along with categories for compensation, benefits, work place, growth opportunities, and miscellaneous. Each of the categories can be ranked as either “excellent”, “good”, “average” or “bad” and ample space is also provided for adding individual insight about each of the categories. So before you take the leap and change jobs, see what other informed people have to say about your new company before you start.
