Managing the mountains of paperwork that small businesses need to run properly. Paper is siloed, and not tracked properly.
Thatch’s core function is a virtual mailbox. We open, scan, send to Chat GPT to summarize your daily mail. Reviewing a 7 page document now takes you seconds. We estimate you save 80 hours per year by outsourcing your mail.
Thatch makes everything archivable and searchable. By combining outgoing mail, fax, phone and SMS you have a full archive of all of your communications that occur outside of digital communications.

What is an Inspiring Story about the Startup?:
My previous startup was Haven Coliving and we were getting overwhelmed with inquiries and communications with potential and future members.
When people look for a coliving communities, they dont always communicate via email or the channels you want them to. Struggling to gather data across multiple apps, we decided to fix the issue and build something we could use to make a remote team more effective, that brought us thatch.
Thatch gave us a full profile on all our current members and future prospects which did not previously exist. Additionally, with customer service, sales and accounting in different parts of the country and world, we needed a way to gather our paperwork for insurance, legal, and other methods in a timely manner.
Thatch’s Virtual Mailbox has chain of custody for all incoming mail, so you know exactly when it was received, scanned, and have the ability to share with your team, or assign to a contact.
We went from having people upset with us about missing appointments, or not responding to inquiries to having everything tracked and synced to our CRM no matter where the lead came from. Our team was able to focus on experience and making the business more efficient.
What is a Company the Startup Looks Up to, and Why?:
We love Cloudflare. There is so much offered within the product and solves so many problems within one tool. We aim to solve the same issue. There are too many one off tools that people need to login and use, and they end up not being used as intended.
We need to create one place for a variety of things that businesses need to handle. That is Thatch, we hope we can create just some of the positive change that Cloudflare has brought to small businesses.
The Company in Four Years Will Be…
We hope to be indispensable in any company’s process in 4 years. Just like you need an email address, if you are a company that has to maintain compliance, and wants to be able to make their entire company’s knowledge accessible, handling the mail issue is going to be crucial.
Legacy communication systems are not going away, but will become less important over time. A tool that you can trust to manage those forms of communication effectively will be crucial to make sure your organization runs smoothly.
