First Sentier Investors and associated entities have adjusted their voting power, resulting in a reconfiguration of voting shares managed by investment firms such as JP Morgan Chase and Citigroup. In another development, SiteMinder announced that Bellite Pty Ltd, headed by Leslie and Suzaner Szekely, has exited its position as a substantial shareholder. This involved the offloading of 14 million shares, totaling $85.4 million. The transaction was completed on September 30, 2024, and details were disclosed as per the Corporations Act 2001, Section 671B.
