SubliMobi is a free downloadable app for your cellular which enables chatting over Bluetooth. To begin, use SubliMobi to scan and see cell phone names in the Local Chat menu for phones that are near by.
From there you can add any cell phone as a friend and you’ll be alerted whenever that phone is in your vicinity. You can also send virtual business cards to other phones and invite them to download SubliMobi to chat with you. The app allows you to send an SMS with a news item to read in SubliMobi as well. Some other nice features include posting on blogs, horoscopes, and RSS feeds. SubliMobi claims to work with all phones and operators.
