SnappyFingers is an online searchable database of tons of questions and answers. This tool is indeed a search engine, but not the typical key phrase search tool.
To use this site, users enter in a question they wish to have answered, and SnappyFingers searches the web to find a match. SnappyFingers works hard to find a similar question entered elsewhere, as well as provide the user with the related answer to the inquiry. Consulted sources include forums, frequently asked questions links, question and answer links, and various others. Users are also provided with suggestions of “similar questions” for each searched inquiry they enter.
SnappyFingers.com In Their Own Words
“SnappyFingers is a search engine. Not quite like the one that you use daily! It looks for answers in the millions of Q&A’s (Questions and Answers) that are spread across multiple sites on the internet on Forum’s, FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions), Q&A sites etc.”
Why SnappyFingers.com It Might Be A Killer
Some of the suggested questions and answers may seem a bit off the wall, for example when “what is the population of Thailand?” was asked, and responses included items such as “American cockroach lifespan?” However, this site is still fun and entertaining and loaded with information. Since it is still in the beta form and development is continuing, a few tweaks here and there will help get this site rolling.
