At the moment the site is a beta and you have to wait before signing up. Once the site is open to the public you will be able to send audio alarms to your friends. Once you register with the site you have a 3D bedroom that has photos on the wall. Inside these photo frames are the other members of the community. You can then send music, voice alarms or both simultaneously. Wake up a loved one with an alarm of sweet nothings or blast “Sweet Child of Mine” to wake up your friend. Sleep.FM works with PC’s and internet embedded alarm clocks. Help your friends wake up on the right side of the bed by sending them an alarm and becoming part of the Sleep.FM community.

Sleep.FM has a wonderful, soothing interface. The sites graphics are very interesting. The 3D room concept is cool with friends in the picture frames. The site seems simple enough to use and is great for friends and family to keep in touch. You also have a great deal of flexibility in what you decide to be the alarm, it can be music, your voice, sounds or a combination of all three.

Will Sleep.FM be available for mobile devices as well? You can buy a regular alarm clock and make a voice recording as your alarm, will people really need to use this site?
