If you have Google Reader, you can use their Shared Item Feed to paste the URL of an item that interests you to SharedReader’s site. SharedReader then organizes the data in such a way that it showcases the most shared items and therefore, the most popular items from Google Reader. The theory goes that the most shared items are the best ones. You can view SharedReader’s top sharers, the most popular posts, and recent posts. As of now, the site is in beta. It’s interface is sleek and simple and it’s completely free to use.
