SaveAnAlien.com is a very cute concept and the actual aliens are also very cute. Each alien is different and has a lot of detail, some aliens have ipods and other are holding stuffed animals. There countdown is very detailed including the days, hours, minutes, and seconds left until the meteor strikes. The application is easy to use.

Honestly how many Facebook applications can there be? I have no idea how long it takes me to scroll down my friends’ profiles in order to write on their wall. All these applications seem like more clutter for your profile. I thought Facebook was a network to keep in touch with friends; these applications are distracting and pointless. I understand that the aliens are very cute, but the application seems a bit juvenile.
