Sau.Edu is the official website for the St.
Ambrose University. Whether you are a potential student exploring the university for the first time, and Ambrose alum, or a visitor, the entire SAU community welcomes you. It is a private, coeducational, liberal arts university affiliated with the Roman Catholic Diocese of Davenport. The University is a community focused on educating the mind, cultivating the spirit, and developing the potential of everyone they serve. Many of St. Ambrose University’s students, particularly undergraduates, receive financial aid or scholarships. Courses are offered days, nights, and weekends, on campus and abroad through their many study abroad opportunities.
