When you login, you will have a dashboard, with either your multiple blogs or the different sections of your blog or website in which content will be written. These are called your “budgets”, hence the name of the tool. Under each budget, you have several folders, which represent how you want to organize your topics. You can assign different topics and stories to different authors, for instance, and you can also add some notes to the different writers you have. It is kind of like the stuff some accounting programs have, including the status of each task, where authors can click to add notes, read notes to them, or set the status to completed.
