You might be the most diligent person in the world, but even then you can forget a birthday. It happens to anybody.
The simple fact is that things happen throughout the day and our mind ends set somewhere else. We all can use a helping hand when it comes to remembering things, and that is exactly what this site is all about.
What it does is to employ your RSS reader of choice in order to send you notifications when a friend’s birthday arrives. Such a system is implemented very easily, too. All you have to do is add the event and subscribe to the relevant feed. From that point onwards, you will receive the reminders when you open your RSS reader.
Granted, this is hardly groundbreaking, but it is quite useful nonetheless. I personally take great umbrage when someone I really care about forgets my birthday, and I do not blame others if they feel the same way. This new service is there to ensure that will not happen ever again.
