This new mobile application enables you to do something as novel as determining the music that will be played at public venues. Named Roqbot, it effectively lets you become something of a DJ that chooses the music to be played at bars, pubs and restaurants. As a matter of fact, you will even be able to choose the music to be played at any store you are at.
The way this is accomplished is by getting the provided application (both iPhones and Android phones are already supported), and then voting for these songs that you would like to have played. A queue will be created, and the songs that get the most votes will obviously hit the airwaves first.
For this to work, the venue must have implemented the Roqbot technology first. And Roqbot can be integrated both with Facebook and Twitter. This turns Roqbot into an excellent promotional tool for managers.
Over 5 million songs make up the Roqbot database, and can be willingly chosen by users of the application.
