S department of health and human services. It was founded in 2002 as an information portal. Their aim is to provide help to rural stakeholders, as well as access to rural programs, funding, and relevant researches. The main users of the Rural Assistance Center are state goverment offices, private foundation representatives, researchers, congressional offices, and local providers of health and human services, among others.
