Perq is a webware application that will let any manager take care of one of these employment benefits that can often lead to confusing (and even awkward situations): the request (and granting) of time off. Through Perq, any manager can receive these requests through a supple interface, and approve or decline them on the spot.
Perq works with iCal and Outlook, and the actual leave rules of each company can easily be set down. Besides, something vital (and very complicated) like accrual and rollover can be entirely automated.
As a tool, Perq is free for up to three users. If you want to add more, then you will need to go for one of the many paid accounts that are available. They don’t have different names – rather, they just have a different maximum number of users. Plans that support up to 10, 25, 50, and 100 users are featured. If you have a larger organization and you have to manage more than 100 users you can still do it through Perq – there is a plan that will let you add one user at a time for $ 1 each.
