Ngycp.org is the website of The National Guard Youth Challenge Program.
This is a preventive at-risk youth program, which includes participants between the age 16 and 18, who are unemployed, free of drug, and law-free high school dropouts. Their mission is to intervene in and reclaim the lives of this people to produce program graduates with the values, skills, education, and discipline necessary to succeed as adults. Some of components of this program are citizenship, academic excellence, life-coping skills, service to community, health and hygiene, job skills training, and much more. In the website you can learn about some true stories of parents and kids who in some moment were part of this program.
