Network of Care is a “virtual communities” network where you can find information, resources and help on many different issues on your local community. This website was developed by Trilogy Integrated Resources LLC, in collaboration with state and county governments and other local human services, with the idea of creating a place site where different issues could be access.
The aim is to arm consumers and their families to make them take the most informed decisions regarding needed care in their lives. The different categories are: seniors and people with disabilities, kids, children and family, developmental disabilities, domestic violence, among others. On each category there’s different information and resources regarding each particular problems. Inside each you can choose your state and county to find local info. As this site is still in development, not all the states or counties are still here. But, if you want to get a Network of Care website you can ask for one online on this site.
