Upon joining, you can set up a standard profile and add yourself to whatever company you work for. The site’s got six main categories: Talk, where members can write comments and message each other, Deals, which consists of a Google map pinpointing deals, Companies, Members, Jobs, basically a job posting board, and News, which takes headlines from BizJournal, the Washington Post and DCMud among others. Other features include a community tumblr, RSS feeds, and file uploading. The service is ad-supported and therefore free for all members.
