Loe.org is a site about a weekly environmental news and information program, which is distributed by public radio internationally.
Within this site, you will be able to find this week’s shows and many others; this site is for you to gain knowledge on this particular program, and what it stands for. There are some examples of the educational programs given, where the different student work that has been made within the Camden High School, New Jersey, Queen of Peace High School, Chicago and Northside College Preparatory School, Chicago; by selecting any of these schools, you can find out about the Living On Earth’s ecological literacy project, which engages them in science-based exploration of their local environment and trains them in professional radio production. Some of the different sections offered are Tapes and Other Products, such as CDs, transcripts and related books and music; there are as well sections where you can find archives, books and music about the subject, which are highly recommended by the program.
