In this particular case, we are talking about a web interface that will let us see what our friends have uploaded to Instagram in a way reminiscent to how images are displayed on Flickr. All you have to do is to supply the URL in which a photo from the user whose images you want to have visualized is found for a photostream to begin flowing.

Listagram works on web browsers, IE you are not required to have a smartphone in order to generate a photostream and see what your friends have been sharing. And note that Listagram is exclusively used for visualizing images – you are not going to be able to upload anything to Instagram from it. You will need an iPhone or an Android that has the Instagram application installed in order to do so.
