You can browse the site without registering, though in order to post your property you will need to set up an account and pay a one-time-only listing fee, or subscribe for the multiple listing service, which is probably the best idea if you are a Real Estate agent. The site is very nicely designed; plus searching and browsing is very comfortable, as you can look by location, acreage or price, and the search results usually present some 10-15 hi res pictures with detailed information on amenities, plus it allows advertisers to post any PDF brochures they might have of the property, show pricing and seller information, which comes in very handy if you want to buy from a particular and not a Real Estate agent.
