You create new entries for each client, project, or meeting you want to track, enter in the details including how long you think it might take, the color you want it to appear in the Week View, contact information, and possible sub projects, and then choose when you want that event’s time tracking to start.
To monitor your time while working on the computer, you can keep a collapsed version of the application at the top of your screen, allowing you to visually know how long it’s taking you to do the task at hand. You can also enter in tasks manually if you want to keep track of all of your time and forgot to set the timer. Then you can check the reports available on your data.
