The newly launched JobGypsy is a posting board for job reviews. It looks like this site is going in a slightly different direction than similar sites Jobvent and Wurkpal which seem to be more about ranting and complaining than about actual thoughtful criticism.
With JobGypsy you get insider information and tips about job openings, salaries, new positions, and work atmosphere. Employees, current or former, can post reviews anonymously and submit answers in the JobGypsy forums. Each review details location (the site is international), years of experience, job title, work culture, benefits, hiring process, and anything else you’d like to add. So far, there’s not much on the site and the only jobs reviewed seem to be within the IT industry.

Why JobGypsy.com It Might Be A Killer
This site, unlike its counterparts gives you constructive information about specific positions. There isn’t as much ranting, as yet, and the review form keeps things pretty straight forward. Has potential if it can get more people to submit reviews.
