Job Go is one of these sites in which jobseekers can create their own profiles and become visible to employers who are hiring. That is nothing new.
However, the site offers an interesting twist: users can actually help others get a job by acting as a sort of go-between, connecting their friends with employers.
That propels Job Go squarely into the category of social career sites. Just imagine the richness of the relationships that usres of the site are going to forge. In theory, a system like this one is admirable as people work together in order to get each other the right job. Everybody is saving time, because those who happen to read the full description of a job that is not for them will still be able to do something productive and tell a friend who meets the requirements about it.
