The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, the National Skill Development Corporation, and Intel India have launched an AI training program called “AI for Entrepreneurship.” The goal is to train 1 lakh young innovators in artificial intelligence and entrepreneurial skills by 2025. The micro-learning module is hosted on the Skill India Digital Hub. It aims to make AI concepts easy to understand and combine them with entrepreneurial thinking.
This will help learners develop AI-driven business ideas. The program is designed for people from different backgrounds, including those in rural areas. Participants who complete the module will get a certificate from MSDE, NSDC, Skill India, and Intel.
Jayant Chaudhary, Union Minister of State for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, said the initiative fits the government’s goal of preparing youth for the digital economy.

This partnership between the Indian government and Intel will make AI more accessible while promoting entrepreneurship. It is part of a growing effort to give young Indians the digital skills needed for the changing job market. The program includes interactive video lectures, case studies of AI startups, and hands-on exercises.
It aims to inspire the next generation of AI entrepreneurs, whether from cities or villages. As AI reshapes industries, equipping India’s youth with the right skills is essential. This bold initiative ensures that young minds can be creators and leaders in the AI-driven economy.
