Inside Real Estate has acquired ListAssist, a startup that offers AI-enhanced search as well as image and data automation and optimization. The acquisition is a significant milestone for Inside Real Estate, a Utah-based real estate software provider, aiming to revolutionize how consumers search for homes. “We are thrilled to welcome ListAssist to our ecosystem and begin delivering these first-of-its-kind capabilities to our clients,” Inside Real Estate CEO Joe Skousen said in a statement.
Incorporating ListAssist into Inside Real Estate’s platform “unlocks a new world of data and insights,” Skousen added. ListAssist’s technology is known for its cutting-edge use of natural language processing and image recognition to refine property searches. Instead of the traditional filters and checkboxes, users can describe what they’re looking for in plain language, and the system will generate customized search results.
The technology integrates seamlessly with Inside Real Estate’s platform, allowing agents to create automated search alerts tailored to client preferences. Furthermore, their AI automates the creation of property descriptions by analyzing images and MLS data to generate content optimized for search engines.
Inside Real Estate’s latest milestone
This functionality will significantly benefit real estate agents by saving time and improving the accuracy and appeal of property listings. “We are incredibly excited to be joining Inside Real Estate, and we’re proud to have delivered AI solutions to tens of thousands of agents and some of the biggest, most trusted brands in the industry,” said Chris McGoldrick, founder of ListAssist. ListAssist’s software will be deeply integrated into BoldTrail CRM, further boosting engagement, fostering trust, and delivering a better overall experience, according to the announcement.
The product’s portability and McGoldrick’s adept navigation of the U.S. housing market provide ListAssist with a competitive advantage, particularly for larger entities looking to implement this feature. Inside Real Estate has been expanding its suite of products and services, aiming to deliver seamless business solutions for more than 400,000 agents. The acquisition of ListAssist is expected to fortify this objective, leveraging advanced AI technology to refine the real estate search and marketing landscape.
Inside Real Estate plans to discuss the acquisition and other upcoming developments during a March 19 event. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
