IndieNet is a music discovery platform based on mSpace technology. Their intention is to give users a more versatile space that conforms to your tastes and preferences.
Navigation is directed by columns all of which can be move and adjusted according to your whims. The first column contains genres of music; clicking on one genre populates the second column which presents you with various subdivisions. From here you’ll find bands and their songs which may be previewed if available. Beneath the columns you’ll find information on each respective band provided by Google (you’ll have to do the googling, IndieNet only provides the search bar). On the right hand side you can compile a list of favorite bands; you can also blog your discoveries or see what others have written.

Why Indienet.mspace.fm It Might Be A Killer
Indienet does provide users with an interactive platform for finding new music. It’s basic but it works–there’s a point which does allow users to craft the space to their own liking–if elaborated upon it could work better.
Some Questions About Indienet.mspace.fm
Indienet fails to produce the effects of a user-friendly, semantic web experience. The columns seem wooden and unresponsive. The design is less than modern and seems hardly cutting edge. It’s difficult to use and it’s sluggish to boot. Needs work.
