This is the online version of the Illinois Raptors Center, a non-profit wildlife and environmental education center located near Decatur in central Illinois. This organization aims to provide environmental education about native and migratory wildlife found in Illinois through its “Education On The Wing” programs.
To that end, the center provides additional environmental education through public events, newsletters, and instructional materials. The IRC also participates in habitat restoration through its “Partners in Education” project, and gives visitors the right educational tools so that they can help preserve and take care of wildlife fauna.
